Licences:

Licence ir obligāta visās Rīgas Triatlons sacensībās, izņemot SPORTLAND STAFETI, Open (iesācēju) grupas FO un MO, kā arī jauniešu grupas F9, M9, F11, M11.

Licences iegāde ir starptautiska pieredze šāda mēroga sacensībās. Ja dalībniekam nav sezonas licences, ir iespēja iegādāties vienas dienas licenci Latvijas Triatlona federācijā.


Vienas dienas licences:
Rīgas Triatlonā: 1997. gads un vecākiem 5 EUR, 1998. gadā dzimušie un jaunāki 1.50 EUR

Rīgas triatlons 2017 – SPORTLAND Stafete

 

Katra SPORTLAND stafešu komanda sastāv no 3 dalībniekiem.

Sieviešu stafetē (F) komandā 3 sievietes.

Vīriešu stafetē (M) komandā 3 vīrieši.

Jauktajā stafetē (MIX) 2 vīrieši un 1 sieviete, vai 1 vīrietis un 2 sievietes.

 

Katram dalībniekam ir jāaizpilda savs stafetes etaps: Peldēšana> riteņbraukšana>skriešana.

Kā stafetes kociņš tiks izmantots laika ņemšanas čips.

Dalībniekam saņemot numuru un reģistrējoties, jāuzrāda derīga ID ar fotogrāfiju. Dalībniekam ir jābūt derīgai triatlona licencei, kas ir starptautiska prakse šādās sacensībās. Ja dalībniekam nav sezonas licences, ir iespējams iegādāties vienas dienas triatlona licenci.

 

Katram dalībniekam ar savu parakstu jāapstiprina (sacensību centrā), ka dalībnieks ir iepazinies ar sacensību noteikumiem un viņa veselības stāvoklis atbilst izvēlētajai distancei.

 

Dalībnieks tiek uzskatīts par reģistrētu sacensībām, tikai pēc pilnīgas dalības maksas saņemšanas bankas kontā. Dalības maksa tiek aprēķināta pēc dienas, kad tā tiek veikta, nevis pēc pieteikšanās datuma.

Dalībnieka vārds sarakstā parādīsies tikai pēc pilnīgas dalībnieka apstiprināšanas.

Dalībniekiem, kuri uz sacensībām neierodas, samaksātā nauda netiek atgriezta.

Ja sacensības tiek atceltas force majeure (no organizatoriem neatkarīgu apstākļu dēļ), dalības maksa netiek atmaksāta.

Galvenie sacensību notiekumi ir Starptautiskās Triatlona savienības (ITU) noteikumi (pieejami šeit.). Dalībnieks piesakoties un apstiprinot savu dalību sacensībām, pilnībā piekrīt šiem noteikumiem, kā arī apņemas tos ievērot.

Latvijas Triatlona federācija, Starptautiskā Triatlona savienība (ITU), Eiropas Triatlona savienības (ETU) biedrības „SportLat” tiesneši un brīvprātīgie

 

Sacensību žūrija

Sacensību žūrija tik sasaukta protesta gadījumā. Tajā darbojas Latvijas Triatlona federācijas, Starptautriskās Triatlona savienības pārstāvji un Tehniskais delegāts. Precīzs sastāvs tiks paziņots informatīvās sapulces laikā.

 

Ķiveres

Riteņbraukšanaķivere ir obligāta visas Riteņbraukšana distances laikā. Ķiverei ir jāvūt aizsprādzētai visu sacensību laiku, kuru dalībnieks ir kontaktā ar Riteņbraukšana velosipēdu.

 

Peldēšana
Peldēšana visām grupām notiks Āgenskalna līcī pie Swedbank ēkas.

  • Distances veikšana ir atļauta sportista brīvi izvēlētā tehnikā;
  • Hidrotērps atļauts, ja ūdens temperatūra ir zem 220C;

  • Distance sastāv no 1 (viena) apļa;
  • Distances veikšana ir atļauta sportista brīvi izvēlētā tehnikā;

Tranzīta (maiņas) zona

  • Tikai sacensību dalībnieki, tiesneši un speciālas atļaujas saņēmušajiem ir atļauts atrasties un pārvietoties sacensību maiņas zonā.
  • Tikai sacensību dalībnieks personīgi drīkst ieiet un iziet no maiņas zonas tikai ar sacensību inventāru. Kā arī novietot sacensību inventāru maiņas zonā, tam paredzētajā vietā.

  •  Ir paredzēta viena maiņas zona, kas izvietota uz Balasta dambja, blakus sacensību centram;

  • Ir paredzēta viena maiņas zona, kas izvietota uz Balasta dambja, blakus sacensību centram;

Drošība maiņas zonā

Maiņas zona tiek apsargāta un norobežota ar žogu. Dalībniekiem jānovieto sacensību inventārs maiņas zonā, tikai tam paredzētajā laikā. Inventāru izņemt var tikai pats dalībnieks, uzrādot sacensību tiesnesim dalībnieka numuru un marķējumu uz ķermeņa. Inventārs, kas atstāts maiņas zonā un neizņemts norādītajā laikā, tiks izņemts un novietots īpāši marķētā teritorijā.

 

Starta zona

Starta zona atrodas pie Swedbank galvenās ēkas Āgenskalna kanāla malā.

 

Finiša zona

Finiša zona ir pie Swedbank galvenās ēkas, starp to un Āgenskalna līci. Finiša zona ir norobežota un atšķiras ar finiša arku.

Dalībnieks tiek uzskatīts kā finišējis brīdī, kad šķērsojis finiša paklāju.

 

Laika ņemšana

Sacensību laika ņemšanu ar laika ņemšanas čipiem nodrošina oficiālais laika ņemšanas partneris. Sacensību laikā būs vairākas laika ņemšanas vietas, peldēšanas, riteņbraukšanas un skriešanas distancēm atsevišķi.

 

Medicīniskā palīdzība

Visu sacensību laiku, dalībniekiem tiek nodrošināta pirmā medicīniskā palīdzība.

Pazudušās un atrastās mantas

Visas sacensību laikā atrstās mantas tiks nogādātas sacensību centrā. Pazudušo mantu pieprasījumu, lūgums sūtīt uz e-pasta adresi info@rigatriathlon.eu pēc sacensībām.

Licences:

Licence is mandatory in all Riga Triathlon competitions except SPORTLAND RELAY RACE, Open (beginner) groups FO and MO, as well as in youth groups F9, M9, F11, M11.
Purchase of the licence is an international experience in the event of such scope. If an employee does not have a season licence, there is a possibility to purchase a one-day licence in Latvian Triathlon Federation.

 Riga Triathlon 2017 – SPORTLAND Relay Race

Each SPORTLAND relay race team consists of 3 participants.
Women relay race (F) team - 3 women.
Men relay race (M) team - 3 men.
Mixed relay race (MIX) – 2 men and 1 woman, or 1 man and 2 women.

Each participant shall complete their relay race stage: Swimming> cycling>running.
A time recording chip is used as a relay race baton.

Participants upon reception of the number and registration shall show a valid ID with photography. A participant shall have a valid triathlon licence which is international practice in such competition. If a participant does not have a seasonal licence, it is possible to purchase a one-day triathlon licence.

Each participant with their signature shall verify (in the centre of competition), that the participant has familiarized with the rules of the competition and his/her health condition complies with the chosen distance.

A participant is considered registered for the competition only upon a full coverage of the participation fee by the transaction to a bank account. Participation fee is calculated as of the day of its performance, not as of the application date.

The name of the participant appears on the list only after a full approval of the participant.

If the competition is cancelled due to force majeure (circumstances outside the control of the organizers), the participation fee is not returned.

Panel of the competition

Panel of the competition will be convoked in case of a protest. It consists of the representatives from Latvian Triathlon Federation, International Triathlon Federation, and a technical delegate. A precise composition will be announced during the informative meeting.

Helmets

Cycling helmet is mandatory during all cycling distance. Cycling helmet shall be strapped at all times of the competition while the participant is in contact with a cycling bicycle.

 Swimming

Swimming for all groups will take place in Agenskalns Bay next to Swedbank building.

Transit (change) zone

Only the participants, referees, special permission recipients are allowed in the transit zone of the competition.
Only a participant of the competition may personally enter and exit the transit zone only with the competition equipment, as well as to place the equipment in the transit zone, in a dedicated location.

Safety in transit zone

Transit zone is protected and restricted by a fence. Participants shall place the equipment of the competition in the transit zone only in the due time. Equipment may be taken away only the participant upon showing the referee of the competition the number of the participant and body marking. Equipment that will be left in the transit zone and not taken away in the due time will be taken and placed in a specially marked territory.

Start zone

Start zone is located next to Swedbank main building at Agenskalns Bay.

Finish zone

Finish zone is located next to Swedbank main building between it and Agenskalns Bay, Finish zone is restricted and has a finish arch in it.
A participant is considered to have finished the competition as of the moment of crossing the finish carpet.

Time recording

During the competition the official time recording partner provides time recording. During the competition there will be several time recording locations. Separate for swimming, cycling and running.

Medical assistance

During all the competition, the participants are provided with the medical assistance.

Lost and found items

During all the competition the found items will be taken to the centre of the competition. Lost item requests are asked to be sent to the e-mail info@rigatriathlon.eu after the competition.

Traffic and automobile parking during the competition

Traffic participants shall observe the instructions of the competition officials, referees and the police, as well as the direction signs that are related to automobile parking.

Information for spectators

All attendants of the event are advised to watch the race in the centre of the competition. It will be possible to observe swimming, cycling, and running both in the centre of the competition and by moving along the competition track. Spectators shall observe the instructions of the police and triathlon officials, as well as to follow the direction signs.
